How to refer a patient
You can refer a patient quickly and securely using EpicCare Link.
EpicCare Link is an online portal that provides convenient, real-time access to patient information. You’ll receive updates on important events, helping you stay informed and coordinate care more effectively.
Getting started is simple:
- Sign in to EpicCare Link or select ‘Request New Account.’
- Follow the on-screen prompts to submit your referral.
